Do you have any idea what is the criteria to be the best lecturer?

Here’s the criteria:

1. Do not know his/her stuff well

2. Edit assignment requirements 2 days before assignment deadline

3. Require students to prepare powerpoint for presentation and yet it came out to be an interview without the use of powerpoint
